Down the ancient ramp of the old trade entrance and into the cave of Ug!
They are welcomed into the old and broken-down trading hall, and then further invited in to stay byFenPit, a sort of trading liaison. He takes them to stay with SnotWax a powerful and rich goblin who runs a basket-making guild.
They are housed in a guest house, six stories with lovely rooms, just down the side of the stalacmite from the guildhall.
Snotwax invites them in to see all, and asks them to help him with a little job....

Day 208 to 210, into Ug, and past some new Keerdah
They stash the RNV in a hollow, deflating it and banking the elemental. They take the Orb of the Black King with them...
A nearby goblin scout agrees to guide them, after some violence, to the cave of Ug.
Along the way, they are attacked by 10 well organized Keerdah, and the distant sniper. Gronk, hit by an arrow, hallucinates...

Night 206 - 208: The Goblins Attack, and the flight to Ug
Slowing at night, as they leave the sad sir Clifford behind, they fly over a huge forest. A boarding party of goblins attack! Our heroes dispatch them, all but one, Gronk, who reluctantly joins them to monitor them as they travel. from here to the cave of Ug. He also knows the locations of the Goblin Caves...
One moment of note as they travel south to Ug: they are ambushed while hunting by a distant sniper... They are not able to locate it perfectly as it camouflages itself with keerdah. But it has used magical arrows with a crown burned on them

Day 205: Some nice people, and The Death of Skold
They fly over Lord Clifford's Castle, and he welcomes them in.
Skold turns into a Keerdah, finally, and they have to kill him.
Olo makes a new and exciting dish, BAccula Mantecuto, and Boz meets some of Clifford's people. They seem all nuts, in a scary evil, but not black-king-serving, way.
Keerdah begin to congregate from across the land, heading for them, and Olo and BOz get to watch a terrible trial where a man is 'judged' by a Keerdah, and of course is eaten.
In the flight, Olo convinces 4 hobbits to leave Clifford and come with them
A lovely diversion. Shame about Skold...

Day 201 to 204: The deaths of Odo, Malik, and Montacute
Olo finds that Odo serves the Black King, and they debate what to do with this.
Meanwhile, while hunting, Malik triggers a skull-pole.
The Men of Cuhullin resolve to do some killing of Odo, and despite his pleas and begging for mercy, Boz dusts him. This leaves two Foils left: Mladris and one Stirling.
To protect from being found, Malik shape-camouflages the bottom of the RNV
(Did the crazy giant pop in here and say Hi?)
On the 203rd day, disaster strikes. The group finds and explores a magically trapped old King's tower, the tower of King Fainen, and Malik gets cocky and gets killed by the ghost of the King. The remaining men of cuhullin get away with the Crown of Fainen though.
The next day is no less grim, as Montacute, a keltie they met earlier, joins them unexpectedly. It's not long before they suss out that he is a Keerdah lord, one of the knights, and they kill him right quick, and burn the body.

Day 198 - 201 In the Camp of King Tain
Entering a beautiful and exquisite trap, lovingly crafted by the GM over several days, the Men of Cuhullin say fuck it and break through a wall, they follow the track all up to the surface and meet Crisdean Druinnach, A healer for King Tain.
Tain has sacked the Dwarven Island and is interrogating and killing off the prisoners
Isabel returns to and checks on the ship; Skold is gone, but Odo is hiding in the smuggler's hold
Olo finds Reginar Goodsong, Tain's head hobbit. The worsening weather sends a storm.
Boz reclaims their ship, and locates their gear
Malik checks on a surface dwarven temple, but finds it being ransacked
Isabel checks herself over after the fight against the ants yesterday
Olo talks to the HObbits and find them happy... but TERRIFIED of something
That night: Malik finds another dwarven temple and tries to face the King
Isabel finds some heavier clothes, in the style of Thane Kerr
Boz tries to meet with Tain, and fails
Day 199, Olo tries to pitch going to the Hobbit Dam , and Malik tries to link Boz's mind to a Dwarven Priest. He fails and accidentally transfers the mind of the Dwarf to Boz. Boz (now with the mind of Devoid GravelGrog) head into the old Dwarven caverns; Malik hides...
Olo gets to talk to Tain, and is sworn, in a magical sense, that he will find the Dwarven King and report his location to Tain, and gets a magical oath that they can leave with their gear and their ship
Olo rearms, and he and Odo and Isabel go after Boz. They can't find him, so they head back to the ship.. still no Skold.
The next day they retry to find Boz and see him with someo other dwarves at the bottom of a glowing pillar of magical stone, they descend around the pillar and have a huge fight!
At the end of that fight, Boz convinces Devoid, now no longer in his head, to join their cause, they flee back up and out into the light.
Day 200, they find Skold, he has a nasty round impalement wound and is dying. Psychometry reveals that he has been attacked by a scorpion.
They restrain him, then go to track the Scorpion.
Crisdean Druinnach joins them as they search as he is headed to Tain's tent, but when the trail runs out, he goes into Tain's tent and they slink away.
The 201 night is noticeably colder than it should be...
Everyone heads for the dwarven temple at Dawn, and Boz talked to the Dwarven King. He asks the Dwarven King to sacrifice himself to make a new Dwarven King; it's not conclusive.

Day 197, Attack at the Dwarven Compound & the Old Dwarven City.
That night, there is an attack from the mainland.
The dwarves collapse the tunnels, sealing in the men of Cuhullin. The group breaks out and makes their way to the kitchen, finding all other ways blocked.
They break through from the modern Dwarven compound into the ancient tunnels of the dwarves far below, and make their way down.
There they face three challenges!
The first is a cavern of ancient homes that seems empty at first, but then begins to flood with angry kobolds, charging towards them! The group beat a retreat to a huge door, and seal it behind them.
The second cave is made of dozens of horizontal platforms stacked on pillars above each other. Olo transforms into a dragon and flies the group over the platforms to the far door where they camp.
The third cave is a network of caves; the walls are made of carved heads of old dwarven heroes. and kings.
They bar the door behind them to keep the kobolds out, using traps and shaping. They thensee that the heads are hollow, and Boz senses that non humanoids live here.
There are houses in here, luxury ones, and they find ants in them! HUGE ANTS
They see a mesa in the middle of the cavern with a crystal temple on it. While trying to access it they are pushed back by ants and take refuge in the head of Bhor Badir, the last dwarven king ....? Malik uses Pscychometry and sees his coronation, his fight at Kallum Kyle, and his fall into the ground
Malik relays this to the others.
Malik and Olo fly to the ant-queen lair, and isabel covers Boz, but the ant queen attacks his mind, and tries to pull him into the collective mind!
Olo uses the temple to reach the dwarven king, but his kingly temper overwhelms him and they almost fight, ending the connection. Olo sees that the dwarven king is held in some kind of collar.
They flee back to the head of Bhor Badir and rest there, while debate happens.
Decision is made, they fly up to the new tunnels, and cut their wayy back in.; It is Day 198

Day 195-197 The Long Dark Quaratine
The group arrive at the Dwarven islands and find them a militaristic xenophobic enclave.
They're stripped of some of their more obvious weaponry and shunted into a holding cell for quarantine purposes.
They spend the next three days in quarantine, gossiping with neighbours in cells, like Grullivad the Barbarian, and learning about the Dwarven society. They even get out and do a little bit of assisting with the cooking on the final day

Day 191 to 195 : Flight from Castle Connaught& Sail to the dwarves
The Men of Cuhullin use the morning temple to inform the Elven King they are leaving, and he is suitably unimpressed, and it's not a moment too soon!
Elves are coming in through the trees, and up through the beetle warrens.
Olo and Isabel get up the trees, and the RNV makes its way away. Rather than fly direct to Appolyn, they cut west and head right for the coast to get out of the Elven King's sphere of influence as quickly as possible.
The Elven King attempts to keep them there with a magical storm, but Malik casts Protect Magic and holds it off.
While huddling from the storm, Olo finds that Odo has been trapping the RNV and Boz attempts to de-scramble Odo's brain, with possible success?
In the morning of Day 192, Olo finds a large temple created to ... a different king?
Isabel locates a Skull Stick on shore
The storm returns and the group huddles in the RNV to weather it as Malik fights its way back down.
Once it abates, the group sails straight north to the Rift, then turns Northwest to sail to the dwarven islands.
(OOC moment: there were two elven families coming in: this is what fight you avoided:
One family is proteceting three shapers who have melded with a tree and are using it to shape with.
They are using the air and wind to fight the RNV's departure
The other famlily is using chemical weapons on slingshots to provoke and direct the bugs and spiders. They have come in through the bug warrens.)

Day 187 - 191 explore Castle Connaught
After triggering the big trap and cleaning out all the Keerdah, the Men of Cuhullin explore the Castle.
The next morning they trigger the temple and speak to the Elven King, who unpleasantly demands that they stay until Elves arrive
Day 188 they discover the entrance to the 'beetle' tower . They explore into the tree, and discover a warren of beetle tunnels under it, and that there are Keerdah in those warrens.
Over the next couple of days...
Knowing that they do not want to be here when Elves show up, Boz preps the RNV for departure ASAP. It's still beat up from the fight with the Wight King
Malik finds a series of scrolls in Elven, on History, Husbandry, Cookbooks, Armaments of Clan Connaught.
Olo finds the Noble Temple, separate from the temple for the rest of the castle.

Day 187 Liberation of Castle Connaught
Weapons found: Galen takes the Orb, and goes back to the Elven King at Meath
With Odo on board, Boz's suspicions are aroused... his stalking of Odo is constant and permanent
Castle Connaught is two trees that soar to the top of the forest, with platforms built out of the living tree, and bridges made of boughs that intertwine. They approach with the RNV and try to scout a safe landing point.
The most inviting platforms are TOO inviting, too... easy.... so they settle for landing at the most dangerous looking, and seeming, platfor, but first they incendiary it, and then pull off the tent that covers it, revealing some Keerdah who lurked under it.
They fire the grapeshot rounds into the tent-top and dispatch the Keerdah
Olo and Odo talk while BOz secures the ship and defends their landing zone.
It's discovered that the two trees are hollow, and the heroes descend as Boz guards the top of the hole.
They find the central temple in the middle of a union of the branches between the trees,
The two big vats of water were the last line of defense by the elves, designed to destroy all the keerdah at once, but the builder became a keerdah before she could trigger them. And she is still there and fights back to prevent the Men of Cuhullin from triggering the trap and cleaning out the Keerdah
Sakaala is killed on the branch of the tree
The tree had been trapped by Elves determined to keep the Elven King from taking it, even expending their own lives to keep it safe. The Men of Cuhullin clean it out, except for the base of one tree that is infested with beetles that are predatory and defend their own space quite aggressively.
Malik gets caught in some spiderwebs

Day 182 to Day 187: Quiet Flight
Everyone rests up after the battle against the Wight King, and then they sail to try and catch up with the other regalia they have sensed.
Day 183, Before they leave, Olo creates a small Hobbit Temple on the site of the battle, (and makes contact with his followers elsewhere)
They are in the air, and sailing south to meet up with the other regalia:
The Orb and the Crown are stored in the smuggler's hold of the RNV, which dampens the magic field of them.
Their flight is interrupted by Uthorim the Elf who has come to warn them off.
The problem is that the regalia all in one place will draw the Black King's attention and they are not ready to face him yet.

"We are not ready, we do not have enough army, and winter is here. There are lands to be cleaned of keerdah, and much to do: Go anywhere but to the Seat of the Elven King, He will summon you when he is ready"
They agree, after a meeting with Galen, and Galen takes the Orb, and goes back to the Elven King at Meath
Isabel convinces the others to go to Castle Connaught and liberate it
Then they fly to Castle Connaught on the RNV

Night 180 to Day 182: Death of the Wight King
The 180st night, they discover a mouse living in Boz's head, but they're unable to get it out.
Day 181, they fly south,
Olo inspires Odo,
Malik does secret stuff...
Isabel watches the horizon, and Boz does the flying
Afternoon 181, As before, Olo attempts to cook, but it's bleh
That night, they coax the mouse out of Boz's head and he feels much better.
SUDDENLY, the magic "visibility" on the ship blacks out.
And there's an elf on the wing!!
Boz banks to drop the elf off as the others awake and get ready to fight
Boz focuses on flying, as Malik flies under the RNV and spots Keerdah climbing up, but then Malik fails his magic roll and knocks himself unconscious!
Isabel is attacked by a Keerdah elf and flees, and Boz and Olo rush to her assistance
Isabel hangs up her lantern and begins to prep the shipboard cannon, as Olo tries to contain the Keerdah who are climbing all over the RNV
One makes its way to Boz, who dispatches it easily. How did these keerdah get on the RNV?!
Malik rouses himself and flops ungainlily to a tree below the RNV
He heals himself, as Olo braces himself, shipboard, to try and roust Keerdah out of the depths of the ship
They realize a King above them is dropping Keerdah onto the RNV.
Boz stands the RNV on its tail to give Isabel a shot at the dive-bombing King.
As the King descends, Isabel shoots at her and misses, and Boz rolls the RNV to avoid the King's strike
It's a desperate airborne combat as the Wight King breathes on the RNV, then dodges another shot from Isabel
Isabel reloads, as Boz yaws the RNV around to face the Wight King, Olo dons the dawnbringer AND BRINGS THE DAWN
The fight continues on the ground as Day 182 dawns
The King is stunned to the ground by the sudden Dawn, and Isabel nails her with an incendiary round, not damaging her, but setting her on fire.
Boz holds position above her, and Malik streaks to regain the fight.
The White King douses the fire, as new elves, not Keerdah, but intelligent, jumponto the ship. Boz drops them with a quick wing waggle.
Olo strikes the Wight King, with an arrow that marks the area as Olo's own land, and then loses control of himself, transforming into King form and plunging to the ground for a Rex-a-Rex battle.
Boz brings the RNV down lower to support him, as Malik continues back, and Isabel preps the cannon
Olo dodges a tail strike from the Wight King and knocks her sprawling
Isabel again hits her and set her ablaze. Malik, exhausted, dopes himself for the continuation of the fight
Elves allied with the WIght King pepper them with arrows to n o effect, as Olo does battle with the Wight King. Boz joins into the fray, as the RNV touches down.
He's no match for the Wight King, as she lays him low with a blow.
Olo slays her, and there's a moments rest... until she's back on her feet! What treachery is this?
The elves begin to aim, and choose their shots carefully, damaging our heroes as they attempt to again lay low the Wight King.
Isabel's work with the corrupting arrows of the Insane Wyrm Bow finally rot enough of the WIght King's skull to expose her brain, and she's finished off shortly thereafter. The elves supporting her make themselves scarce, and the group return to the RNV, where they collapse with fatigue and exhaustion, but exhilarated by the death of a major ally of the Black King

Day 178 to Day 180 The Death of Mladris
With Isabel watching, Malik hunting, the RNV heads west to the coast of the elven lands, to skirt the coast in an attempt to catch the "Beta Team" before they can get to Galen and the Elven King
They fly on over the day, sailing north along the coast. Even overnight, with Boz at the controls, the RNV flies on.
The morning come, Isabel is sure she sees kingly magic to the south, but an investigation flight finds a curious collection of hexagonal steps, and a curious magic cloud of mist that conceals a huge humanoid shape.
Boz tries to pull the RNV back, but he fails, and the figure leaps from the cloud on the shore into the sea, and swims to wards the RNV.
He turns out to be the last of his kind, a Giant named Benandonner, who fears the kings and makes his way fishing. A quick Communicate Mind from Malik sets every straight AND discovers that the Elven King's ship sailed past here and into the great bay to the west of here, which makes a good goal for exploration.
If they can find where the Elven King has been, they might be able to communicate with him using a temple if one is there.
Sailing into teh great bay on the 179th night, they see the ELven King's ship, lolling about in the bay, unnaturally aged, perhaps by the Wight King's breath.
But then Isabel spots, far to the south, TWO kingly magics. Could they be the two pieces of regalia, the Crown and the Sword?
The regalia to the west is headed south, and the one to the east is headed west. Simple, no?
ANyway, the plan developed is to fly an intercept on the westbound relic, which works great.
Boz finds a secret compartment in the RNV all filled with missile weapons, which provide much merriment, until they are interrupted by Galen! Yay! Galen!..... but wait...
There's no one else around, except a couple of aimless elves, and there's a major source of magic concealed under the campfire
It doesn't take long to determine that this is not Galen, but Mladris, and a fracas ensues.
In fact, it becomes clear that Mladris is undead
Boz realizes this first, and cuts his bowstring.
Malik entombs one of the Stirling twins, but she escapes at some point during the fight.
The Stirling twins make a minor impact but escape, Mladris is killed killed killed and Odo Tinyfoot is rescued, and begins to follow Olo around..
Using Olo's icebreath, they disarm the trap under the fire that is protecting the Crown of the High King, and
All that remains of Team B at this point are the Stirling Twins.
Overcoming the foils, accidentally thwarting the awesome trap built into the bottom of the fire, and then exhuming the Crown of the High King

Day 175 to Day 178: From Maccul's Island to The lighthouse island
Olo stops the scorpions with his Will, and Boz is able to get the RNV airborne before anything bad happens.
They do leave a healthy colony of scorpions behind to infest Maccul's Island, however.
They fly west to a human village that is in an old Trondsheimish fortress on a tidal island, and warn the men there. Olo plants the first seeds of Bayleen the Great and Powerful
They also pass over a group of Barbarians looting an abandoned village, and they warn them, too.
Flying west to the sea, they encounter mechanical difficulties and have to return, landing on a small island off the south west tip of Maccul's Island
They shelter in an old abandoned boarded-up lighthouse, visible here:

Someone took his own life here, and left behind a magical suit of armour, with the words "Return to Owner" written on its wrapping.
A book explains that the man, dead, hid here from people who were searching for the armour.
Malik scouts the eleven coastline, visible from here, and sees a keerdah-infested elven castle.
A quiet two days pass while the ship is repaired before heading out over the sea, so it's off the elven kingdom

Night 173 to Day 175: On Maccul's Island
The RNV pulls back from the tower, Boz keeps it airborne and heads North towards the magic.
Malik hunts for evels and tosses one away
Olo remembers that living scorpion he left was on David's Hill where they mercy-killed the elven girl.
As they fly north, Boz sees a structure, and pulls away from the lure of magic, to a structure that looks like a huge wheel.
The wheel connects to metal tension rods that extend away forom the wheel and
They mmet Khudmouna Shadowbeard who welcomes them in.
This settlement, the Temple of Lady Isabella, is a harmonious multi-racial facility.
The Lady Isabella turns out to be the wheel itself, and Boz and Malik figure out that it is a seismograph that locates Kings.
Olo and Isabel go hunting and meet two Kelties, Tobias and Montacute, who travel with them back to the Lady Isabella
Montacute tells them a tale of the High King giving his power / future to the other kings in exchange for their oath not to harm him in the future.
Some discussio occurs about the other kings:
The Barbarian King is up a mountain
The Elven King is undead as theWhite King, but
WTF is the Dwarven King?
Boz comes up with a scheme to disable the Lady Isabella and make it more precise at close distances which buys them time for getting Olo's disruptive presence away
Iisabel spends that night on the RNV, as the others slink around doing secret things.but she is awoken by the last elf who snuck on board, who is then sent back to teh Tower of Refuge
Realizing that this puts her in the line of a Scorpion possible created by Olo, Olo goes to check on it and discovers that yes, there is the beginning of a scorpion outbreak on the Maccul's Island.
Sessione nds with Olo fleeing the Scorption,
Malik watching from the skies
Boz making steam to fil their dpeleted airship, and
ISabel talking to Tobias and Montacute

Night 173: Fight at the Tower of Refuge
As the Reusachtig Neuen Vis backs away, the elves drop down from towers onto the wings, the top, and into the mouth of the RNV.
Skold shoots the leader of the Elves with a combustible round, ending her life and her involvement.
A fierce battle breaks out, and as the elves, who are no slouches, begin to take some injuries, Keerdah also begin to appear on the boat and attack as well!
Olo flings one elf away to its death, creating a scorpion... which follows them down onto the beach.
Malik flies up onto the back of the RNV and sees Elves cutting their way into the inside of the envelope. He flings one away, but loses one in the darkness of the air bag.
Skold figures out that the Keerdah are a hallucination, and he tries to tell the others.
Boz keeps the RNV in the air, but barely. He determines that the PCs are poisoned, and the powder that the elves are covered in seems to the source of the poison.
The scene ends with the RNV ascending to a safe resting height, leaving dead elves and one "living" scorpion behind on the beach, at the Tower of Refuge.
But.... did they clear out all the elves? Are there still some hiding somewhere on-board the RNV?
